The vehicle sale & purchase contract is the legal document by which the vehicle owner transfers ownership to the buyer. The ITL 054 form (2016 model) is the only model accepted by local tax authorities and DRPCIV for registering second-hand vehicle transactions. It is mandatory for both individuals and legal entities.
