← Back to documentsThe LLC articles of association is the founding document of the limited liability company. It sets out the company name, registered office, business object, share capital, shareholders and each shareholder's participation stake. It is the main document filed with ONRC (National Trade Register Office) when registering the company.
Registering an LLC at ONRC requires: reserving the company name, drafting the articles of association, depositing the share capital (minimum 1 leu), notarial authentication or certification and filing the dossier at ONRC or through the online portal. The registration deadline is 3 working days from submission of the complete dossier.
